We're back!

I am so sorry that we have been so quiet on here. Jenny has been unwell for sometime and in the end she ended up being taken to hospital where she stayed for 9 days. It turns out she has hypersensitivity to birds and as a result got double Pneumonia. Thankfully she got out the day before Christmas eve. We have now reopened to foxes/fox cubs and badgers/badger cubs. The reason behind us opening to these animals first is because if it fox cub season and they need more help than other wildlife overall. We will reopen to other mammals when Jenny gets stronger and we, as a family, are able to look after more wildlife. Unfortunately we cannot take in birds anymore due to Jenny's condition. Instead, please take any injured or abandoned birds to another wildlife rescue or your local vets. Feel free to contact us for anymore information about this.

Over the next few weeks I am going to update this blog and fill you all in on what we have been up to and our new full time residents.
